Halloween Nail Art- Spiderweb SUCCESS!

Happy Halloween everyone! I posted this on my instagram a few weeks ago. I did this the day after I did that fail mani.

This is much much better. I made sure to not make my lines as thick. I used O.P.I, A Roll In The Hauge as my base for all of my fingers. On my non accent fingers I layered one coat of Sinful Colors, Cloud 9 over it. I used a white striper for my spiderwebs

I was very happy with how this turned out. I wore it for a few days, and got quite a few compliments  on this. That's all for my Halloween nails. I got burned out on Halloween pretty quick. I hope everyone has a fun and safe night tonight!

Halloween Nail Art- Spiderwebs FAIL

Okay so I did this nail art Halloween nail art a few weeks ago when I was in the "Halloween" spirit. Not so much anymore. It's cold and rainy in Michigan, and we've decided to scrap going trick or treating. Anyways on to the fail

I made my lines waaay too thick, and the webs look way crooked. I used Sinful Colors, Black on Black for this and some wet n wild color I got for like .98 cents at Meijer. I can't remember the name of it.

Come back tomorrow for my successful spider web mani.

Kardashian Kolors Holiday 2012 - Kardashing Through The Snow. Swatch

Hi everyone! It seems like I have seen so many holiday/winter collections at the stores lately. No complain though my favorite collections are always the holiday/winter ones. So I found this polish at my local Meijer the other day on clearance!!!! I was beyond excited, spazed out in the store and everything. This is the only one I picked up because it was the only one that really caught my eye.

This is 4 coats it takes that many coats to build up. This polish dried fairly quick between coats. I had no application problems. It's a multicolored glitter in a clear base, so this will be really good for layering.

Coat 1 (ignore my terribly stained nails)
Coat #2

Coat #3

4 Coats
I layered one coat of Kardashing Through The Snow over O.P.I My Boyfriend Scales Walls I really like this combination together. I tried it over a black polish and a red polish but I didn't really like it.

Overall I think this is a great polish especially for the holidays.

Halloween Nails - Bloody Drips

Hi everyone today's nails are Halloween themed. I was never really big on Halloween before but since having a child I've been more into the holidays. We're still not sure what my son Gabriel is gonna be yet. We've narrowed it down to Jake from the Never land Pirates, Chewbakka from Star Wars, Yoda From Star Wars, and Iron Man. Hopefully we make a decision by the end of this week.

For my base I used one coat of Sinful Colors Black on Black. For my drips I used Sinful Colors Ruby Ruby the little glitter flecks in there are from a LA Colors art deco striper called Red Glitter.

This was my first time doing "drip" nails and I think I did a pretty good job. The pictures actually do it no justice this is one of those it looks better in person than in pictures kind of thing. I'll be doing more Halloween themed nails so there will be more post coming up soon.

Wet N' Wild Fantasy Maker - Once Upon A Time

Hi! Today i'm showing one of the polishes from the 2012 Wet N' Wild Fantasy Maker line. I'm not sure how long they've been putting these out. Last year I tried to get my hands on them and I couldn't find them anywhere. I'm glad I was able to this year. I found this at my local Meijer and it retails for 1.99 great price.

I used one coat of Sinful Colors Black on Black and one coat of Wet N' Wild Fantasy Makers Once Upon a Time. I really really loved this I just kept staring at it in the sun. All of these pics were taken outside in the sun.
